In the case of the Durapro liner, this resistance is 200 percent, meaning that, once installed, it takes a great deal of stretching force to cause it to deform.

Compressive Strength

Overall compressive strength is also an essential mechanical property of Durapro bed liners. Similar to elongation at break, this measurement notes how much resistance to breakage a material has. However, instead of dealing with the strain of stretching, compression strength calculates the repelling nature of an item in response to a crushing force. This calculation determines how much weight a liner can withstand at maximum so that truck operators can understand how to avoid this limit. The Durapro can hold up to 2800 psi worth of pressure.

Coefficient of Friction

Then, lastly, the coefficient of friction is the amount of force necessary to pull two objects over one another.
